Our Story
Redefining freight visibility with carrier-owned technology that respects privacy and reduces waste.
Our Mission
Guardian Visibility is more than a technology platform—it's a trusted growing network built on transparency, innovation, and respect for carriers and their drivers.
We believe in a future where carriers own their data, drivers aren't surveilled, and everyone in the supply chain benefits from better visibility.
How We Got Here
The Problem
One of our founders saw a critical gap in logistics: brokers and carriers were navigating blind, forced to manage freight without reliable tracking tools.
Locus Traxx Founded
Determined to change the industry, he founded Locus Traxx, pioneering real-time tracking technology designed for brokered freight.
Innovation & Growth
From bulky prototypes to the revolutionary Locus Traxx GO—the industry's first disposable, real-time tracker—the company rapidly advanced and built a global customer network.
Acquisition
The success led to Locus Traxx being acquired by Emerson, validating the technology and approach.
A Better Way
At a national logistics conference, our founders realized that disposable trackers, while revolutionary, were suboptimal—creating waste, cost, and driver surveillance concerns.
Guardian Visibility
A new approach was born: permanently installed, carrier-owned tracking that respects driver privacy, reduces waste, and lets carriers own and monetize their data.
What We Stand For
Privacy First
We track trailers, not drivers. No surveillance of personal devices. Your drivers' privacy matters.
Sustainability
Permanent installation eliminates the waste from disposable trackers. Better for business, better for the planet.
Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. Carriers retain ownership and can monetize their tracking data through our revenue share program.
