What Are Sponsored Loads?
Allen Lund routinely puts temperature monitoring devices on perishable and high-value loads. Someone—usually the shipper or receiver—pays for this service.
Major retailers require monitoring of inbound and inter-facility transfers. Many major growers, packers, and shippers make the same request.
When these parties agree to use Guardian Visibility data instead of disposable devices, they save money and get better data. These loads are what we call sponsored premium loads.
